  • our global client is seeking a Broadcast Support Engineer to help their Global Live Sports Production team
  • oversee day to day workflows, supporting monitoring solutions used by editorial and production teams globally
  • create and build the process driven workflows and documentation for the team globally
  • create and maintain technical workflow documentation for the team globally
  • creation of best practice and tips and tricks documentation
  • in this role you will work and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive and deliver projects and initiatives for their streaming service
  • you will be responsible for managing internal broadcast solutions supporting live productions for the streaming platform, working with production and editorial teams across the globe
  • work closely with the editorial and production teams to launch augment and help design monitoring solutions as our portfolio of sports properties grows
  • create and build out process driven workflows and documentation for the team globally
  • provide industry leading customer service with innovative solutions
  • apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide solutions
  • work very closely with Support Account Managers and Product Experts to help reproduce and resolve customer issues
  • help them to drive projects that improve support-related processes and customers general technical support experience
