- to create event led marketing and PR activity from initiation to delivery to exceed budgeted sales targets
- to create and manage the marketing budget

- conduct industry, category, and brand research to support concept decks
- work collaboratively with promoters to ensure effective marketing of events
- analyse opportunities and identify inventory and proposition concepts for sales pitches

- create case studies of highly successful activations for reference internally and externally

- generate compelling, relevant, and idea centric opportunities for existing and prospective new partners, in response to client briefs or new business opportunities
- liaise with internal teammates on best practices, industry trends, new inventory opportunities and go-to-market innovative concepts
- quarterly review of key competitors across all areas of the consumer offer
- actively monitor each campaign, report on a monthly basis and run AB testing across key channels to ensure effective marketing
- undertake any other relevant duties which fall under the general scope of your role as directed by your manager
- the Marketing Solutions Manager will be responsible for developing objective-driven solutions for brand partners and strategic new business partnerships, leveraging the assets and capabilities of ASM Global
