Responsibility


  • develop results-focused marketing strategy aligned with the company values
  • design a suite of touchpoint emails that guide customers seamlessly through their journey, enhancing their experience
  • develop and manage multi-channel campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing, to generate leads and raise brand awareness
  • produce high-quality, engaging content, such as blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and social media posts
  • work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and lead conversion goals
  • manage online presence, ensuring the website and social channels reflect our brand and
  • create and implement an email automation strategy within dynamics 365 to support lead generation and customer engagement, including mass email campaigns
  • ensure all internal systems, including Dynamics 365, are kept updated with accurate marketing and customer journey data
