Requirements
- third-level qualification in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a similar field
- familiarity with project management principles and practices
- experience in quantity surveying and cost management in the construction or infrastructure sector
- understanding of the electric vehicle industry or related sustainable technologies is a plus
- skilled in cost estimation, budget management, and project financial analysis
- RICS Membership
- strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail
- excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively collaborate and report on projects
