Responsibility
providing accepted SALs. Quarterly driven
following news events , identifying target customers, seeking to engage with stakeholders to self-create
liaising with Providers to increase number and qualify. Identifying & seeking an agreement to implement improvements and best practice
completing weekly reporting email template and issue to EMEA MD
liaising with providers and to qualify MQLs received
identifying and engaging with additional 3PPs to create additional MQL funnel feeds. Structure, gaining approval and implementing, referral & internal bonus schemes to promote the company and increase number of MQLs
you will be supported
you will be supported with a framework of goals and objectives that will enable you to achieve your monthly revenue goals
you will be able to build relationships and sell to some of the largest players in UK and global real estate
you will build relationships with multiple senior people within client organisations, educating them on the value of our products through demonstrations
your role will occasionally involve hosting and attending industry events throughout the UK and possibly Europe
you will be able to think strategically about your medium and long-term goals as you build relationships and sell to some of the largest players in UK and global real estate
as an expert on the market backdrop, and competitor behaviour, you will engage in high value conversations with your clients working towards solutions for them
converting enquiries coming into the business into appointments and leads for the sales team
handling initial enquiries and answering basic level technical questions
supporting marketing campaigns with outbound calling activity
following up on contacts and ensuring all enquiries are fully actioned
working with senior management and colleagues in other countries to ensure consistency across global regions

Source new sales opportunities through outbound activities including cold calls, emails and LinkedIn Messaging. Close sales and achieve monthly quotas.
Represent loveholidays as a trusted brand ambassador and source of knowledge. We operate 7 days a week from 9:00 AM to 8:30 PM, with shifts within these hours.
Willingness to learn sales skills. Excellent verbal communication, listening and interpersonal skills. Experience of working with a CRM system is desirable.
