- about the Role
- your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the department while working closely with the Head of Property and Chief Operating Officer
- you’ll contribute to planning and implementing new policies and procedures to enhance safety standards, monitor their effectiveness, and implement protective measures as needed to meet legal requirements and best practices
- the Mare and Foal Sanctuary is the largest equine welfare charity in the South West peninsula dedicated to the rescue, rehabilitation and rehoming of horses and ponies who have suffered neglect, abuse and trauma
- service Management
Requirements
- strong organisational and communication skills
- an IOSH certification and either a NEBOSH certification or the willingness to pursue one
- flexibility and the ability to multitask
- effective management of a busy and diverse workload
- excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks as needed
