night porter

Working hours
- part-time
Responsibility
- part time role, £11 per hour
- monday and Tuesday 10.30pm - 7.30am
- you will join a community of Folk obsessed with looking after our guests and delivering a blow-your-socks-off hospitality experience
- cleaning duties throughout the ground floor area, ladies, gents restrooms, entrance staircases as per duty checklist and back of house areas
- ideally, you will have previous experience of working nights and previous experience of working in hospitality
- duly complete checklist and handover to the AM Duty Manager
- to complete handover with authorised member of staff before leaving the hotel/ending your shift
- you will be required to patrol the hotel corridors at hourly intervals for the duration of your shift
Requirements
- wear a uniform
- you must be responsible, personable and have previous experience of working in a customer focussed role
- be able to work flexibly- working shifts, weekends and bank holidays when required
- get to know regular guest’s preferences and their specials needs
- previous experience of working nights would be a definite advantage, as would experience of working in hospitality
- offer guests assistance with their luggage
- be willing to cover in other hotels within the group when needed
- bid all guests a fond farewell
