maintenance person
Responsibility
- conduct routine inspections of facilities, equipment, and infrastructure to identify maintenance needs and address them proactively
- perform general maintenance and repairs on various systems and equipment, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and other building systems across multiple sites
- respond to maintenance requests and work orders from different sites promptly, prioritising tasks based on urgency and ensuring timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks
- adhere to safety protocols and maintain compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines across all sites, ensuring a safe environment for staff and guests
- collaborate with site managers and the maintenance team to develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules and plans for each site, minimising equipment downtime and extending the lifespan of assets
- maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, inspections, and related documentation for each site. Generate reports on maintenance tasks, expenses, and equipment performance as required
- monitor inventory levels of maintenance supplies and equipment across sites, facilitate procurement processes, and ensure the availability of necessary materials for repairs and maintenance tasks
