Requirements
- proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in a fine dining or Michelin Star restaurant
- exceptional leadership and team management skills
- excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- strong organisational and multitasking skills
- in-depth knowledge of food, beverages, and fine dining etiquette
- passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests
- ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- supervising experience: 1 year
