Responsibility
- at Sage, content designers play a critical role in delivering an outstanding end-to-end user experience
- sage Intacct is looking for a motivated and customer-focused User Experience Designer to join our growing Experience Design team
- work closely with teams to understand goals and design needs of project
- collaborate with product managers and other designers to create compelling designs that meet the user and business requirements
- quickly create and iterate on designs using conceptual diagrams, wireframes, and click-through prototypes. Deliver clear, detailed, final design specs
- we are looking for a Content Designer to create, update and review content across 1-2 products in our Small Business segment
- this position requires a high degree of self-motivation, excellent organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to multi-task
- work with multidisciplinary teams to understand, deliver, test and review features and products, sometimes to simultaneous deadlines
Requirements
- strong understanding of user-centered design
- experience in writing, editing and publishing digital content
- good knowledge of industry-standard practices and tools for digital content and UX writing
- laser-focus on the customer experience
- experience of using evidence, data and research to make content decisions across the end-to-end user journey
- passionate about creating accessible, high-quality microcopy
- experience of using style guides and tone of voice guides to deliver content
- knowledge of accessibility guidelines
