Responsibility


  • develop and execute a comprehensive corporate communication strategy to elevate the brand, increase market visibility, and build corporate reputation
  • ensure stakeholder/employee communications are high-quality
  • to develop and execute the internal communications framework that ensures key information is shared and understood across the business
  • take ownership of the delivery of messages across internal and digital communication channels
  • interface with key stakeholders and business areas to ensure that internal communication materials and channels are as effective as possible
  • own the delivery of set piece events such as the Kick Off Meetings and Annual Company Day
  • develop new and innovative ways to engage with employees
  • continuously improve overall communication channels, utilising insights to ensure effective delivery of messages that drives engagement and motivation internally
  • ensure messages are concise and easy to remember and that successes from across the business are told and shared
  • work across the marketing and corporate affairs teams to develop high quality content
  • my client is looking for an experienced Communications Manager to help drive a change programme and strategic comms plan
  • this role is a 3 month FTC to start asap
  • as part of this they will need to understand what the business is trying to achieve and build a strategic communications plan
  • the candidate has ideally had some previous Employee comms strategic planning experience or internal comms experience. They will be tasked with picking up details and being proactive regarding the programme they are working on
  • development and maintenance of the communications strategy and plan in line with the organisation’s business objectives
  • delivery of all internal communications in accordance with the comms plan, seeking to use diverse and interesting mediums
  • continually develop and manage the LCCC intranet
  • respond to feedback from staff and adjust communications content accordingly
  • draft messages or scripts from senior executives for company-wide presentations to employees in written or spoken form
  • plan, edit and write content for a variety of internal communications mediums, such as a staff intranet, company presentations and regular staff newsletter
