Responsibility


  • develop and deliver the change and communications strategy for various phases of the programme
  • create and execute the change plan and strategy
  • work closely with the team to deliver engaging and informative communications to obtain buy in from colleagues and stakeholders alike
  • integrate the overall change and communications strategy approach into the overall ERP Transformation Change Programme
