Responsibility
- be the right hand to our Estate Manager, supporting daily estate administration
- build and maintain relationships with contractors, handling all related admin
- take charge of facilities-related administration
- managing supplier invoices whilst being aware of budgets and liaising with the accounts team to keep accurate records
- online purchasing of supplies and fabrication materials
- tackle ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Estate Manager with enthusiasm
- ensure the studio building is maintained in excellent working condition
- manage supplier invoices with a keen eye on budgets and collaborate with our accounts team to ensure accuracy
Requirements
- you must be proactive and have a flexible approach to work
- proactive and adaptable approach to work
- previous experience in office/building management or a similar role preferred
- self-motivating and able to work alone
- strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with excellent problem-solving skills
- experience in facilities management and contractor liaison
- effective communication skills, both spoken and written, to liaise with contractors and studio team
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
