Responsibility
- coproduce the creation and delivery of innovative and ambitious Coproduction Strategies across NAVIGO and its wider stakeholders
- support on and lead specific projects across the coproduction and communications strategies
- coordinate and project manage activities that build partnerships between service users, carers, service providers to bring about transformative changes to services, organisational culture and individual lives
- create a network of forums to facilitate coproduction and sharing of good practice Ensure patients/service users and carers at the heart of what we do and colleagues across the organisation are supported to engage with them through coproduction
- lead and advise on co-production principles and strategy and coproduce the policies, procedures, protocols, systems and guidance to underpin co-production, participation and experience Identify and reach out to wider partners to inform and further develop our coproduction strategies
- work with the communication team to produce regular updates, website content and social media content to help promote the work around reducing health inequalities and inclusion of all voices and ensure NAViGOs membership is reflective of the demographics of North East Lincolnshire Work closely with NAViGOs Business Development Team to ensure coproduction is in place for all relevant objectives
- communicate the aims, plans, opportunities and achievements of involvement
- promote innovative and creative ways of working to improve the experience of those who use services and their carers and family members
