Requirements


  • professional organisation change experience related to the role
  • strong background in working on large scale transformation programme involving people change, preferably within Marketing
  • project Management experience and programme management
  • excellent communication skills both written and verbal

  • proven experience building stakeholder relationship
  • at least 3-5 years' experience in Marketing & Communications
  • investment Management industry knowledge highly desirable

Responsibility


  • people and organisational change - be accountable for the delivery of the work stream change management activities
  • ensure the changes are properly planned and executed on time with cost and in budget
  • manage the overall plan of key change messages to different cultures and audiences
  • project management - work closely with the transformation team to agree a realistic timetable for programme change
  • ensure all future processes are embedded across the work stream
  • apply leadership and knowledge of People & Organisational change
  • build and support key stakeholders
  • collaborate with internal teams, including engineers and project managers, to gather insights and ensure accurate representation of projects and services in marketing materials
  • develop Marketing & Communications strategies for new and existing products and services
  • acquire new clients and strengthen existing relationships
  • enhance the company brand
  • lead the strategic and tactical execution of marketing and communications campaigns including testing, tracking, reporting and analysis
  • create and manage social media
  • support the content creation process and develop messaging for thought leadership, social media, client communications and marketing materials
  • produce materials for the sales team ensuring consistency across the global and regional teams
  • join daily and weekly regional sales calls and present marketing and client engagement updates
  • use the mar-tech tools to deliver on marketing and communications goals
  • effectively equip the sales team
  • liaise closely with the PR agencies
  • develop and implement public affairs strategies which form part of and support the overall communications strategy and key campaigns
