Requirements
superior negotiation and communication skills
proactive, self-motivated, and numerate
innate drive to uphold and champion the vision, purpose, and values of Liaise
ability to form and develop valued professional relationships both internal and external audiences
proven experience in contract management and negotiation in social care sector
ability to understand, and lead contract novation processes liaising with funders, offering insightful analysis and report on risk
demonstrated skill in negotiating fees and managing care package changes with funders such as local authorities and ICBs
experience in managing contracts for providers of social care services to Local Authorities and ICB’s
