Responsibility


  • work closely with product and development teams to ensure that end-users have the necessary information to effectively use our clients' products
  • experience in technical writing and a strong understanding of software documentation best practices
  • able to generate User guides and manuals for new software features that are produced
  • experience of Technical Writing / Technical Authoring within Central Government
  • redesign and reformat existing documentation in line with consistent branding guidelines and desired level of detail
  • collaborate with the Global Integration Management Office to create and deliver a digital framework/structure, producing the first working edition of our Playbook
  • work closely with stakeholders and business leads to gain a deep understanding of processes and translate complex technical information into simple, accurate, and engaging content
