My client, a leading London Market Insurance business are recruiting for 2 x Technical Writers/Authors, on an initial 6 month contract with the potential of an extension, these roles are paying £350-400 Outside IR35 and are fully remote.
The scope is as follows:
"For the adoption to be successful, we need to ensure our documentation and help manuals (User Manuals) are being created in a consistent and accurate manner (aligned to our brand). We need to align Technical Authors / Writers who are skilled in writing documentation both technical and non-technical to produce industry strength professional looking documentation.
We also need to be able to provide our service desk with material that allows them to accurately support from a "service deck/help desk" viewpoint.
Proposal
We need "onboarding" packs and standardised documentation to drive support and adoption. We need to understand what we have today for new syndicates/brokers, what we need in the future and what we need to provide to also support adoption.
