Responsibility


  • support the Regulatory Compliance Director in planning and prioritising Tech written standards simplification
  • collaborate with subject matter experts within Tech and GRC to ensure ITMS assets reflect current and new Haleon processes
  • meet with subject-matter experts to ensure specialised topics are appropriately addressed
  • collaborate with SMEs and ITMS team to develop training programs and training curricula
  • works with subject matter experts for the review and submission to ITMS Design Authority Board of updated ITMS assets
  • analyse information required for the development or update of ITMS and determine the clearest and most logical way to present information for greatest reader comprehension
  • simplify existing ITMS using Haleon templates ensuring they support innovation and the enabler workstream while remaining in regulatory compliance delivering Quality & Compliance with ease
  • experience in interpreting policies, procedures and processes for ensuring compliance
  • preparing Qualification Plans
  • working in conjunction with the Technical Lead
  • preparing Weapon System Level clearance documentation
  • working alongside the project/programme manager to ensure successful delivery
  • working closely with the System Design areas of Typhoon, Airworthiness and Flight Development
  • assess and recommend sufficient authorised persons to provide necessary cover for all controlled facilities, systems, plant, installations and facilities
  • leading the delivery team, acting as a coordinator and facilitator, supporting and guiding the team members on technical issues
  • ensuring that the test evidence presented by Design teams meets the clearance requirement
  • ensuring that the project and programme managers are fully informed of progress and issues
  • develop/Enhance Cross currency, fallback model documentation as per internal risk and regulatory requirements especially in light of the IBOR transition programme
  • preparation of the Air Vehicle Specification and Block Clearances
  • undertake scheduled review of existing authorisations and generate updates and improvements as required to maintain accreditation and registration 8
