Requirements


  • credible & proven ability to lead, mobilise and partner with senior stakeholders within a fast-paced business
  • has a clear passion for GRC and proven experience of implementing similar toolsets in previous roles
  • can demonstrate the communication of complex technical matters to both tech/non-tech audiences
  • subject matter expert in GRC tooling & can drive process improvements to mature the capabilities of the function
  • can easily navigate internal/external audit & assurance engagements, along with supporting controls testing & evidencing requirements
  • knows how to prioritise workload demand and can engage all relevant stakeholders that need to know what is expected of them
  • ability to identify key issues, & can communicate them to stakeholders leveraging colleagues as needed to find solutions
  • well versed in risk management and controls has a sound understanding of regulatory compliance frameworks such as GDPR, ISO27001, PCI DSS, CIS 20, NIST CSF, Cyber Essentials, COBIT, ISF etc
  • data driven, analytical, assertive and results orientated
  • proven experience working in a Data Analyst role
  • access, VBA, .Net and SQL skills
  • data Migration experience to Workday or a HR, Payroll or Finance System

  • former professional services and consulting experience preferred
  • bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Management, IT or related field
  • financial acumen with minimum 4 years’ experience with forecasting, modeling, operational reporting and/or financial analysis in a fast-paced technology intensive industry
  • host Analytics and Tableau experience strongly preferred
  • chartered Accountant preferred
  • excellent organizational skills and attention to detail; strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects; team player

Responsibility


  • ensuring production environments are active, performing, secure, reliable, and monitored
  • manage system configuration, maintenance of dimensions, hierarchy updates and access control / security
  • analyze, isolate, and resolve any configuration, implementation and integration issues
  • provide end user support and support the Financial Planning and Analysis team with ad-hoc projects
  • develop, maintain and improve documentation on key business processes and procedures
  • manage and ensure that both financial and non-financial data loaded into the system is complete and that all validation checks are performed
  • manage the systematic development, implementation and ongoing maintenance of the annual budget and periodic re-forecast templates and support the financial planning processes including monthly variance analysis
  • serve as an effective thought partner and facilitator to drive business process improvements and develop management reporting metrics for decision making
  • design, develop, maintain and manage the timely delivery of a portfolio of reports encompassing both financial and non-financial data sourced from various integrated and / or non-integrated data repositories / systems to meet the needs of various stakeholders
  • evaluate and propose how best to leverage Host Analytics technology to meet evolving business requirements and information needs both within and across functions
  • manage specific ad hoc projects and provide functional leadership during upgrades and major changes to the system and participate in change management
  • conduct analysis of existing business processes; recommend process improvements
  • lead creation of Business and Functional Requirements, use cases, scenarios, process flows, system interface diagrams, test protocols and test reports
  • provide validation expertise and guidance as it relates to any validation documentation or activity
  • create Validation Plans, Validation Summary Reports, Test Protocols, Test Summary Reports and other validation deliverables as needed
  • communicate effectively with business users and other stakeholders
  • work with stakeholders in the QARA organization, IT, business partners and vendors to deliver and maintain validated solutions that comply with, Procedures, and the US and International regulations it relates to medical devices
  • perform complex business and systems analysis work; conduct requirements gathering/analysis via information gathering sessions with business users and technical staff. Develop supporting process flows
  • ensure that all relevant financial and regulatory reporting is delivered on time and accurately
  • provide end user support and training as required
