  • at Colas, we are looking for someone to join the team as a HR Systems Administrator based in Solihull

  • you will be responsible for the analysis of data between PeopleXD and Success Factors
  • reporting to the HR Projects and Systems Manager you will be accountable for the accuracy and availability of data between our Global HR Information System and Local HR Information System
  • this role will analyse data changes in the master system, replicate changes in the Global Platform, as well maintain records in other HR Systems
  • you will work closely with the HR Systems Team on strategic system developments and enhancements, as well as being the first point of contact for all employee data related queries from internal business functions and employees, ensuring prompt response to queries within the defined SLAs
  • you will support the Onboarding Coordinator and HR Administration Team in peak periods with their roles and responsibilities when requested

  • once analysed, data changes including personal information, job changes, financial changes, to be replicated within Success Factors to ensure 100% alignment for Global Systems, such as ERP, IT and Reporting
  • you will be responsible for the creation of records in PeopleXD and Success Factors prior to the employee joining Colas, ensuring weekly and monthly payroll deadlines are adhered to and a positive onboarding process through access to systems on their arrival
  • lead in the configuration, maintenance, enhancement and support of mission critical software packages, internally developed applications, and web services

  • follow Change Management processes to ensure that requests are submitted accurately and completed in a timely manner to enable service improvement

  • upgrade and patching of applications as part of the software development lifecycle, assuring smooth rollouts of features, improvements, and fixes
