Responsibility

develop and execute distinct recurring brand social series assets across platforms to drive follower growth and engagement
efficiently create highly topical trending content to increase the brand relevance, foster global social conversation and build vibrant communities
collaborate across marketing, PR and content teams to champion social-first ideas and execute activations, events, and strategies
manage agencies and oversee always-on content development, performance, and campaign execution
collaborate with social platforms to identify new opportunities and develop innovative activations ahead of competitors
develop performance metrics for the brand social handles; monitor regularly to understand effectiveness of strategy and creative
present to senior leadership regularly on campaign plans and results
manage budgets for the creation, development, and execution of campaigns
keep up to date with social media trends and topics
advise clients on how they can connect with their target audiences through meaningful social media interaction
content management and content planning
analyse social metrics, web traffic and all relevant data and insights
some community management on the brand's social pages for campaigns, and competitions
you will support on monthly or weekly data analysis for your clients, looping into the social analytics team where required
A deep understanding of clients needs and a proven track record with client management
commercially focused, with good understanding of commercial context for role
