  • GCSES and A/AS Levels or equivalent
  • min 1 year experience working in a laboratory/metrology environment
  • trained/In-training internal auditor
  • experience in manufacturing industry
  • experience in a fast paced and challenging environment
  • experience of effectively communicating with employees at all levels within a business structure
  • minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality Control Inspections
  • previous experience with Quality Assurance duties required
  • previous experience with IA, blueprint and technical document interpretation required
  • high mechanical aptitude
  • A&P Certificate Required
  • ability to read schematics and blueprints
  • knowledge of quality control
  • knowledge of Military Specifications
  • bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related technical field or equivalent work experience

Responsibility


  • conducting production and process audits and manufacturing walk arounds
  • carry out initial sample inspection reports and capability studies without assistance
  • maintaining accurate records of calibration and maintenance activities

  • inspect Aircraft and Aircraft Components
  • perform Inspections, Maintenance and Repairs
  • assists Inspection department in overseeing aircraft quality issues
  • inspect airworthiness release
  • reviews aircraft records
  • performs inspections of any addition to our 135 operating certificate
  • determines when NDT may be required
  • performs audits of aircraft, vendors, and monitors off site work for following GMM standards
  • may be required to train technicians in company policies and GMM procedures
  • evaluate product functionality and create test strategies and execute test cases to assess product quality
  • lead the testing of large-scale systems, create test plans, test cases, and drive continuous improvements to the quality assurance processes
  • provide detailed bug reports and debug across multi-tiered test and production environment
  • provide test summary reports that communicate key quality indicators, risks, and mitigation to leadership
  • estimate and communicate project timelines
  • engage with a team of quality engineering professionals to ensure the highest quality product delivery
  • automate E2E test coverage in Appium based framework
