Responsibility


  • provide on- site support to ensure customer PVI/FAIR demands are known
  • make sure the data is accurate and fill in PPAP from CMM
  • liaise and Coordinate internal resources for the flawless execution of projects
  • provide on- site support to ensure customer PVI/FAIR demands are know
  • manage the relationship with all stakeholders
  • follow-up on in-house quality requirements, standards and specifications / Ensures that mandatory customer requirements are met
  • on-site PVI/FAIR SES UK focal managing initial interface with the customer and escalating in a timely and appropriate manner all issues which cannot be managed locally to SES UK management

  • we have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Quality Control Technician to join the PET Tracer Production Unit within the University’s Imaging Hub
  • this role will take the team size to 3, with a view to growing it 5 in the near future
  • the PTPU is completing the redevelopment in its Good Manufacturing Practice facilities with a view to producing PET radiopharmaceuticals that will enable the University to begin clinical diagnostic imaging
  • in this role, you’ll be based at our Newcastle Upon Tyne campus that has fantastic transport links and state of the art facilities
  • raise new part number requests when required
  • investigate component failures and build issues in Machine Build
  • undertake inspection of purchased goods at the supplier’s premises, completing appropriate paperwork / reports as necessary
