  • forklift Truck Licence would be ideal. Training will be provided
  • ability to use hand tools and lift up to 75 lbs. and work at heights at or above 30 feet
  • previous experience working within any of the following industry’s – Aerospace, Defence, Marine, Automotive or Manufacturing
  • ability to read technical drawings
  • candidates must have either a SVQ Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 or over 4 years’ experience in a manufacturing / production environment. We will also consider Panel Beaters or Car Mechanics with over 4 years’ experience

Responsibility


  • production of a wide variety of chemical inks
  • quality Control and testing of manufactured materials
  • ensure Health and safety procedures are strictly followed
  • work with production engineering team to introduce efficiencies, operate new automated processes and manufacture new products
  • enter production information into company IT systems relating to production quality checks, production stock and product batch status
  • maintenance of equipment in accordance with procedures
  • audio typing, producing documents/letters/e-mails and memos as necessary
  • amending PowerPoint presentations, diagrams and charts
  • managing Marketing & Business Development templates, including bids, flyers, legal updates, team booklets and team sheets
  • reviewing internal client requests, assessing project requirements and allocating tasks according to skillset within the team
  • qualifications & Experience
  • managing production of documents , coordinating changes made to those documents by the legal team and client teams including taking responsibility for the consistency of those documents throughout the transaction
  • coordination/prioritisation of the team's workload in accordance with client deadlines and urgency of work including monitoring project status and intervening as necessary to reprioritise jobs
