Requirements

to succeed, you must be flexible, hardworking and quality conscious
technical qualifications in Mechanical/Electrical engineering principles would be advantageous
previous manual packing work desirable, though not necessary

v Work in a clean room environment
v Use basic hand tools
v Follow standard manufacturing and operating instructions
v Work with composite materials
v Lay-up fibre glass materials to pattern and tool, and trim to specification
v Work to production plans and timescales
previous factory experience as a Machine Operator is preferred
proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn
previous experience in a similar role in either food production or personal care/cosmetics would be essential

Responsibility

you will have a demonstrable track record of working within a team and using your own initiative to drive performance and be reliable with a strong work ethic
it would be beneficial if you have worked with or handled food / food products in the past, but not essential as training will be provided. Inductions will be taking place this week
you will be feeding the lines, packing products, keeping production areas clean and tidy and general warehouse tasks
