Requirements

  • 2 years’ experience in fast moving consumer goods environment, preferably food, personal care or pharmaceutical industry
  • brigg, DN20 0PJ: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
  • 28 days Paid Annual Leave pro-rata for PAYE

Responsibility

  • we are recruiting for a number of Operatives at our manufacturing site in Methwold, Norfolk
  • ensuring that our loyal customers and consumers receive the great quality products expected
  • working fixed 4 on 4 off shift pattern
  • an integral part of the operations team you will be responsible for serving product to the line, filling trays/cartons, hand sleeving products, packing and stacking finished products to the set specification

  • this fantastic opportunity offers immediate starts with ongoing, long-term potential and the potential to go permanent after a successful 12-week qualifying period
  • we are currently looking for enthusiastic and committed people to join our teams working as production operatives in our paper converting departments
  • the role involves a mixture of operating automated high speed production lines, manual packing and general warehouse duties. Fork Lift Truck experience is preferred but not essential. Full training will be given
  • initially working on a day shift rota 8am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday before changing to a 3 shift rota 6am to 2pm, 2pm to 10pm and 10pm to 6am Monday to Friday. Overtime may be required for which premium rates are paid
