Responsibility


  • payroll Management: Oversee the transfer and management of 20 different payrolls across multiple countries
  • diverse Tasks: Work on a variety of tasks, ensuring that documentation and processes are correct and up-to-date
  • process Implementation: Implement and document payroll processes that align with company standards and regulatory requirements
  • small Projects: Handle small pieces of work independently, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • resource Management: Identify and manage resource needs, performing quality reviews and mitigating risks
  • issue Escalation: Escalate payroll-related issues appropriately to ensure project stability
  • tracking & Reporting: Track key payroll metrics and milestones, adjusting plans and resources as necessary to meet company needs
