  • FMCG / volume accounts experience ideal
  • commercial and results driven with a customer-centric approach

Responsibility


  • developing online content strategy including product pages, educational landing pages, and brand building
  • setting and delivering appropriate KPIs inline with the company's digital strategy
  • improving on-site navigation and site search
  • category merchandising
  • optimising current on-site functionality
  • CRO / Conversion rate optimisation
  • designing future development pipelines
  • cross-functional working with internal teams and external agencies
  • ensure that product pages are effectively merchandised, with accurate and informative descriptions and inspirational images
  • ensure that category pages are effectively merchandised, highlighting best sellers and key performers
  • onboard new products including setup, categorisation, creating product description, adding images etc
  • take delegated ownership of several nominated product categories with responsibility for their day to day trading, revenue and profit performance
  • monitor competitors to understand trends and opportunities, including regularly price checking key lines versus key competitors
  • support the Merchandising Manager in ensuring that the owner website is merchandised to deliver excellent performance
