  • educated to degree level preferably in an analytical, business or IT-related subject

Responsibility


  • support the Senior Digital Trading Manager to provide regular feedback loop to senior management team on activity and performance, including recommendation and action plan to achieve KPI’s
  • use data and insight to identify areas of risk and opportunity across all areas of the business, including Product, Channels, website
  • provide quarterly in depth analysis for all channels, sharing with Design team to support new products development
  • manage the day-to-day function of the Merchandising team
  • planning and developing merchandising strategies
  • analysing sale figures, customer reactions, and market trends
  • seek opportunities to maximise both intake and profit margins
  • present weekly and monthly reports
  • planning, budgeting and forecasting, managing OTB
  • managing the critical path
  • monitoring and reviewing stock
  • spotting growth opportunities
  • reacting to sales information and designing commercially relevant ranges
  • optimizing stock levels for maximise sales/profits
  • developing online content strategy including product pages, educational landing pages, and brand building
