  • supporting the Head of implement the planned operating model, leveraging tools and processes available
  • monitoring the current state of the Salesforce platforms, anticipating potential risks in new releases
  • reporting the health of the platforms regularly to key stakeholders
  • coordinate with your regional IT colleagues to get their input on the requirements, as well as during the design and delivery of any changes in regional systems
  • assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns, including collateral creation, content creation, and digital marketing activities
  • support the management of social media platforms and online presence to increase brand awareness and engagement
  • coordinate marketing events and webinars, including logistics, attendee registration, and follow-up communications
  • conduct market research and competitor analysis to provide valuable insights and support strategic decision-making
  • collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and alignment across all marketing materials
  • market Research: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and provide insights to optimize sales and marketing strategies
  • event Coordination: Assist in organizing promotional events, webinars, product demos, and trade shows. Handle logistics, invitations, and post-event follow-ups
  • administrative Support: Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for the sales and marketing teams, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining marketing collateral
