  • ITIL V5 foundation or working towards and / or a relevant technical qualification such as O365 Admin
  • at least two years experience in an IT support role
  • good understanding of IT systems
  • excellent customer service / stakeholder management skills
  • highly organised and process focussed

Responsibility


  • inform the appropriate team accordingly if an issue is identified that it out of scope for support of the team
  • answering incoming help desk customer calls
  • resolving desktop support issues with clients
  • flexibility and a desire to expand your skills in all areas of IT are a must
  • receiving, responding, and following up with service requests and tickets
  • the installation, configuration, and upgrade of operating systems and software
  • the installation and configurations of computers, network infrastructures and peripherals
  • troubleshooting problems with computer systems, including hardware and software, e-mail; networks; and peripheral equipment
  • we’re looking for a Second Line IT Engineer who can grow alongside our company and is committed to developing their IT and problem-solving skills
  • overseeing our ticket system, ensuring tickets are being responded to and updated within our SLAs
  • responding promptly to client queries and technical issues, offering support via phone, email, and in-person interactions
  • troubleshooting hardware, software, and network problems, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions
  • IT Service Desk Engineer to take responsibility and co-ordinate escalated tickets with other team members
  • managing and maintaining Azure cloud services, including user management, permissions, and resource optimization
  • primarily office-based role but site visits & client meetings will be expected
  • utilizing your expertise in Microsoft 365 to assist clients with email setup, configuration, and troubleshooting
  • help identify and develop policies and procedure that improve the client experience
  • deploying and managing InTune/Microsoft Endpoint Manager to secure and manage client devices remotely
  • general client relationship management and project work requirements
  • configuring and supporting Meraki networking equipment to ensure stable and secure network connectivity
