Requirements


  • prior knowledge of the insurance sector, including a strong understanding of conduct regulation and regulatory expectations faced by insurers and brokers
  • experience advising, supervising or working for insurers/brokers in a senior risk, compliance or regulatory capacity

Responsibility


  • assist the Test Manager in planning the testing required for the project
  • IDD; Product Oversight and Governance, Pricing, COBS
  • conduct risk frameworks, including product governance
  • their Insurance Risk and Regulatory team has significant growth plans and is looking to expand its leading regulatory business
  • regulated activities and regulatory permissions
  • prudential requirements for brokers, including Threshold Condition 2.4 assessments

  • experience in undertaking or reviewing regulatory processes e.g. approvals and notifications; and
  • experience in designing, implementing or reviewing risk management frameworks for insurers and brokers

  • collaborate with technology teams to develop solutions to address customer's needs / problems / pain-points and present the same to clients
  • create point of views on trending topics that are of interest to insurers
  • create assets/accelerators/frameworks that can leveraged in consulting engagements
  • experience in identifying and translating business needs into clearly defined requirements
  • experienced in documenting inclusive of business use cases, process flows, data flows, etc
