  • have experience/certified in ISO27001
  • prior experience leading security GRC activities, with a strong exposure to implementing security controls, frameworks & standards
  • have strong technical knowledge including Security Operations and Incident Response

Responsibility


  • develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to established goals and objectives
  • conduct comprehensive risk assessments and communicate findings to senior management
  • coordinate with various teams to ensure effective integration of controls into existing processes and systems
  • provide guidance and training to promote understanding and awareness of risk management principles and practices
  • project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the risk and controls framework project, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
  • regularly review control metrics, analyze trends, and generate reports for management highlighting key risks, issues, and areas for improvement
  • controls Design and Implementation: Develop and implement robust control frameworks, policies, and procedures to mitigate identified risks
  • stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders across departments to foster a risk-aware culture and ensure compliance with established control frameworks
