prior experience leading security GRC activities, with a strong exposure to implementing security controls, frameworks & standards
have strong technical knowledge including Security Operations and Incident Response

Responsibility

develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and ensure adherence to established goals and objectives
conduct comprehensive risk assessments and communicate findings to senior management
coordinate with various teams to ensure effective integration of controls into existing processes and systems
provide guidance and training to promote understanding and awareness of risk management principles and practices
project Management: Lead and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the risk and controls framework project, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
regularly review control metrics, analyze trends, and generate reports for management highlighting key risks, issues, and areas for improvement
controls Design and Implementation: Develop and implement robust control frameworks, policies, and procedures to mitigate identified risks
stakeholder Engagement: Engage with key stakeholders across departments to foster a risk-aware culture and ensure compliance with established control frameworks
