support the implementation of changes, new functionality, and/or products into the client's core systems
assist in the testing and evaluation of new software releases, and in the dissemination and documentation of new software
deliver a first-class customer experience operating the help desk to resolve users’ queries and problems, including the maintenance of user accounts and delivery of periodic processing routines
install, upgrade and maintain computer/server hardware and software, manage virtual systems and apply automation processes
deal with telephone queries from customers requiring the progress of work requests
ensure that all holiday and sickness absence is covered by suitably trained and competent staff
