bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Management, Data Science, or a related field
strong experience in managing Azure data infrastructure
proven experience in data governance, data management, or a related role
knowledge of PowerBI, Databricks, and data analytics platforms
experience in back-end development, with detailed knowledge of JavaScript and familiarity with Terraform, SQL and Python
understanding of software design principles
familiarity with CI/CD and working with data pipelines
familiar with working practices such as TDD, continuous integration, continuous delivery and DevOps. Data Services uses Google Cloud Platform and adhere to infrastructure as code principles
laravel or a similar PHP framework

Responsibility

develop new investment functionality into the flagship Portfolio Management Product used by investors globally to make investment decisions and construct portfolios
apply quality software engineering practices through all phases of development and into production
contribute to an agile development team working with UX designers, Architects, Business Analysts, users and Testers
collaborate with team members in a multi-office, multi-country environment
ensure resilience and stability through quality code reviews, unit, regression and user acceptance testing + dev ops
design and build critical data pipelines, laying the groundwork for data-driven decision-making across the organization
develop and implement a robust data governance framework, including policies, standards, and procedures
design and implement a cutting-edge data infrastructure
integrate with diverse APIs, transforming raw data into actionable insights for customer success, growth, and product teams
collaborate with stakeholders to define and document data quality standards and metrics
building and designing APIs
manage the full lifecycle, including capacity planning and optimization
leading the data team and developing a strategic vision for data at the company
champion DevSecOps principles, ensuring data security and reliability at every stage of the data pipeline
