Responsibility

next to planning and teaching classes, you are also responsible for tracking attendance and attending teacher meetings
facilitating testing during the course, including scoring tests

plan and deliver highly effective learning programmes for diverse groups or individuals in a safe and inclusive environment, whilst also ensuring students are stretched and challenged to reach their full potential
address the English and Mathematics needs of students and work creatively to overcome individual barriers to learning, both within and outside of the classroom
develop and implement engaging lesson plans that meet curriculum standards for Maths/English/Science
monitor and evaluate student progress, providing feedback and adjusting teaching methods as necessary
foster a supportive and encouraging learning environment
