Requirements

experience: Prior experience working with babies in a professional setting is highly desirable
education: Background in early childhood education, childcare, or related field is a plus
skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to engage and interact positively with both babies and their mums
creativity: Ability to create and adapt activities that are both fun and developmentally appropriate for very young children
performing arts teaching: 1 year
safety Awareness: Keen understanding of the safety requirements and considerations when working with small babies
edgware HA8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work
hold QTS/ Overseas Equivalent
have a ‘child workforce only’ DBS on the Update Service or willing to obtain one
to be eligible for this position you will also need proven classroom experience or training as a Early Years Teacher
you must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, as well as a PGCE or equivalent Teaching qualification, to be eligible for this Early Years Teacher role
additionally, you will need to have, or be eligible for, British QTS or equivalent to be considered for this Early Years Teacher job
the selected applicant will have either Qualified Teacher Status , Early Years Teacher Status , or Early Years Practitioner Status
prior employment experience in the Early Years sector
solid knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage
clear and concise pedagogical knowledge
capability to manage a team of professionals in providing high-quality care and education
knowledge of the legislative framework and Ofsted is required
minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
sound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage framework

parent Interaction: Communicate effectively with mums, providing guidance and support throughout the class
environment Setup: Prepare and maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
feedback: Collect and utilize feedback from parents to continuously improve the class experience
class Facilitation: Lead Bambinos classes for mums and babies, following the syllabus guide and incorporating your own creative ideas to enhance the experience
safety and Care: Ensure the safety and well-being of all babies during the class. Be vigilant and attentive to the needs of small babies

our party entertainment takes place at weekends and during school holidays of which we have a high and ongoing demand

our classes are held on weekdays in nurseries, pre-schools and children’s centres
we are currently looking predominantly for party entertainers, as this is where our highest demand is
