I am seeking a Registered Manager to join a leading homecare provider in the North West - This exciting opportunity will be office based in Liverpool and you will lead the branch who deliver quality, one to one domiciliary care for older people with varying needs in their own homes
this role will focus on the leadership and management of their South Liverpool branch , line management of an established team, regular assessments as well as building and maintaining relationships with professionals
the Manager will also hold registration for the branch and will ensure CQC compliance standards are excellent at all times by conducting regular audits
NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care or working towards
full UK Driving Licence

establish & maintain vendors and contracts
determines staffing, financial, material, and other short- and long-term requirements
overseeing the day to day management of the Office
recruitment
plans work schedules, assigns tasks and delegates responsibilities to staff
support with compliancy including the set-up of new Care packages and Carer supervisions, support visits
financial planning
arranges for payment of bills, keeps accounts and adheres to health, safety and other statutory requirements
maintain a motivated team and be hands on in the recruitment and retention of staff
motivate and support staff to maintain, implement and achieve ongoing growth
to ensure the services delivered are safe, meet legal/regulatory CQC requirements, and the organisations policy and practice standards
the implementation and management of quality control systems including, quality audits, complaints, compliments and comments, inspections and customer feedback
undertake and monitor assessments for new clients and review those for existing clients
continually evaluate and develop the service to achieve the highest quality, customer satisfaction and CQC recognition
to manage and lead the team and ensure they deliver a high quality, responsive and flexible service
to builds and maintain effective relationships with residents and family members
to empower team to develop personal and professional skill sets
to oversee the recruitment, induction and training of team, working with team leaders to develop their skills
