we are seeking a DISPENSING OPTICIAN/ EXPERIENCED OPTICAL ASSISTANT to join our London Team
this role will be working across FRAMED opticians and FRAMED eyewear

provide expert advice on lens options, coatings, and frame styles to enhance customer satisfaction
assist optometrists and opticians in conducting eye examinations and vision tests
prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean and organized
help patients with frame selection and fitting
take accurate measurements for eyeglasses and contact lenses
educate patients on proper eyewear care and maintenance
perform basic repairs and adjustments on eyeglasses
maintain inventory of frames, lenses, and other optical supplies
schedule appointments and manage patient records
provide exceptional customer service to ensure patient satisfaction
