we are seeking a DISPENSING OPTICIAN/ EXPERIENCED OPTICAL ASSISTANT to join our London Team
this role will be working across FRAMED opticians and FRAMED eyewear
competitive Salary on offer in a newly refurbished environment. You will be working alongside an experienced optometrist director offering exceptional eye-care and beautiful high quality products
assist optometrists and opticians in conducting eye examinations and vision tests
prepare examination rooms and ensure they are clean and organized
help patients with frame selection and fitting
take accurate measurements for eyeglasses and contact lenses
educate patients on proper eyewear care and maintenance
perform basic repairs and adjustments on eyeglasses
maintain inventory of frames, lenses, and other optical supplies
schedule appointments and manage patient records
provide exceptional customer service to ensure patient satisfaction
dispensing spectacles to current prescriptions
ensure that stock is maintained and accurate against purchase orders
assist the Branch Manager in tracking and monitoring branch performance
work with customers on a consultative basis regarding the available stock
adjust spectacles as per customer requirements
ensure all reminders are followed up, ensuring all parties are kept up to date
