Responsibility


  • participate in Agile ceremonies, build and maintain the product backlog, analyse business requirements and produce user stories and acceptance criteria
  • contribute to the broader culture of Kingfisher by evangelising an agile mindset and lean approach
  • working with the Product Manager and Experience Lead to shape the long-term product vision
  • drive and evolve the end-to-end product process, helping your squads to deliver with velocity, cadence and efficiency
  • deliver key initiatives to meet our business objectives
  • be the voice of Kingfisher Group customer and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in order to effectively represent customer needs
  • drive innovative, market-leading solutions to consumer problems
  • work closely with leadership, Head of Product and Product lead to identify growth areas for the marketplace platform within your own product area as they look to enter new markets
  • be accountable for the overall performance and KPIs of the product/s and vertical/s within their remit
  • define and own the strategic direction and compelling product initiatives for your product/s and aligning this to the wider business and other vertical strategies
  • lead the cross functional team/s across UX, data and tech, ensuring the optimal LEAN delivery of items
  • define and own the objectives and KPIs for the product, working closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure that the success and value of the product can be measured
  • collaborating with users and clients to understand their needs and translate them into product requirements
  • creating a product roadmap based on the team's vision
  • managing the product backlog and prioritising tasks based on changing requirements
  • writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and setting sprint goals
  • planning releases and upgrades, and addressing production issues during sprints
  • analysing end-user preferences and requests, and refining the agile methodology
