  • SC Cleared
  • lead Data architecture experience establishing enterprise-wide Data Platform architecture, frameworks, design, and development standards to streamlines across programs
  • experience of delivering a Health Information System capability
  • experience of working within a Public Sector Organisations in a senior/leadership role to deliver a Digital Information System
  • experience of Business Analysis, Solution Design, Procurement's
  • experience of designing data models and metadata systems and help to interpret business needs
  • experience of providing input into data dictionaries
  • define solution vision and direction building on benefits across technologies
  • knowledge and experience of Healthcare Open Standards, Interfaces, and Infrastructure
  • experience of Data analysis and synthesis, Data communication, Data governance, Data innovation, Data modelling, Data standards, Metadata management, Problem resolution , Strategic thinking
  • experience within Cloud environments is desirable
  • demonstrable experience as a Data Architect within large scale complex organisation's
  • architecture and data integrity experience covering Master and Reference Data Management Data Quality Metadata Management
  • architectural Principles, Policies, Procedures and Standards
  • data platform modernization in a cloud-based environment
  • experience connecting disparate types of data
  • proven experiences in data flows, data mapping, data modelling and reporting
  • review and creation of policy and standards adhered to for Information Data Architecture
  • vendor/Supplier management experience, in a multi-supplier environment
  • experience in data governance and data stewardship best practices

Responsibility

  • data Architect – Insurance/ London Markets
  • £800-£850 via Umbrella / 2 days per week working in the central London office
  • initially for 6 months with long term potential
  • to support the Data Architect in the production of enterprise data design
  • the Data Architect will design conceptual and logical data models to support the overall solution, data and business requirements
  • working closely with projects, supporting them to use standards as well as governing projects against those standards
  • create or validate mapping of data across sources, based on data content and catalogue
  • producing logical and physical data flow diagram
