experience in working with Linnworks for Sales Order Processing and inventory management desirable
prior experience of sales order processing is essential
experience dealing with customers over the telephone and via email is essential

Responsibility

the day-to-day responsibilities would consist of customer engagement through calls, emails, letters, site visits, managing/maintaining data and reporting, as well as having a strong customer service skill-set
to deal with all enquiries by phone, email, letter and face-to-face
update information systems and databases with data
to be the first point of contact
take details of enquiries and requests
log, assign and acknowledge all complaints
raise invoices
provide comprehensive and accurate admin support
you will be providing high quality and efficient reception and administrative service, you will be the first point of contact whilst supporting in an administrative capacity to other staff
you’ll be handling everything from arranging a waste collection to dealing with calls from some of the more vulnerable people living in the borough
