Responsibility


  • the day-to-day responsibilities would consist of customer engagement through calls, emails, letters, site visits, managing/maintaining data and reporting, as well as having a strong customer service skill-set
  • to deal with all enquiries by phone, email, letter and face-to-face
  • update information systems and databases with data

  • log, assign and acknowledge all complaints

  • £28,000 per annum, temporary contract 3 to 6 months, 37.5 hours per week M-F, flexible start time 8 - 9am, BS34 Patchway, Bristol, Pension, 25 days + bank holidays and parking. Working from home possible one day per week
  • utilising the QAD system for control of sales orders, production work orders, and product technical information
  • produce any necessary reports when requested by other departments
  • liaise with all departments to conclude any irrelevant investigations
  • maintain a back order report, releasing immediately on receipt of stock from suppliers
  • experienced in order management and fulfilment, order support and customer service-related tasks
