observe and record the client's health status
assist clients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and grooming

monitor clients' health and administer medication as prescribed
ensure the client's safety
assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, meal preparation, and cleaning
maintain client confidentiality
provide transportation to medical appointments or other activities
notify clients of changes in medications
be a positive role model for client
arrange transportation for client appointments
