A national clearance is required for this role however all candidates will be considered
your role
the role would be based full time on site in Central London, with a minimum duration of 12 months
managing live incidents to technical resolution
we are looking for a 3rd line Core Application support Engineer to maintain a complex secure solution
development of new technical offerings, and the upkeep of components through security patch testing and distribution
creating SOI's and providing knowledge transfers to the customer
your role will involve providing operational support to enterprise environments
additional scope of responsibilities will include delivering infrastructure development and testing of upgrades, patches and new software solutions
you will collaborate with the rest of the team to maintain remote support of the infrastructure and hosted applications
