leading the development of new products and features, evaluating them as part of the ICT Strategy, and be accountable for the administration, development, and support of Microsoft technologies such as Dynamics 365, SharePoint, and the M365 suite, which includes bespoke applications built on Power Platforms and PowerApps
deploys current applications into all production systems
troubleshoots Applications and Systems
performs moderate Testing/QA of Applications after they are deployed
establishes Testing/QA deployment guidelines
monitors existing client systems to ensure all things work correctly
implements automation steps using proprietary worker/jobs Management Control system
handles communication with Support team to triage issues related to running systems
constructs SQL queries and/or programming scripts for processing system workloads
diagnoses system performance problems
assists with the daily support of systems/products through early detection and monitoring of systems
