Responsibility


  • the successful Account Manager will possess proven skills working with the following
  • preparation and submission of tax returns and associated accounting workflows, including processing of payment and balance sheet reconciliation of related accounts
  • you will be responsible for the P&L of the account and growing revenue within the accounts
  • you will need to be developing business within the accounts
  • managing 2-4 complex enterprise level accounts based in the UK and Ireland
  • develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • meeting with senior stakeholders up to CIO level to develop opportunity’s for account growth
  • the goal is to expand the account
  • reporting into the European VP of sales
  • working with new and existing clients
  • collaborate with internal teams to ensure all accounts have a performance and commercially directed strategy
  • up selling / cross selling and renewals
  • ensure all activity meets and exceeds client expectations
  • develop strategic acquisition and retention marketing plans to drive growth and maximise immediate and long-term ROI
  • identify and develop revenue opportunities for key accounts
  • liaise with clients to understand their business and digital objectives and goals
  • developing paid social strategies and overseeing client relationships
  • own the creation/management of PPC campaigns to meet client objectives and targets
  • you will support in client engagement and build strong relationships and trust with clients
  • collaborating with Account Managers to bring renewals to a close
