Day to day consists of a site manager making racist comments about cover guards or guards within other stores not of British descent and about how that is a detriment to the security industry.
Similarly homophobic remarks and gestures made in attempts to mock myself due to having painted nails in front of cleaning staff.
Site Manager also took private conversations re: mental health and discussed in front of other members of staff in attempts of mockery.
Meanwhile making all these comments you are expected to go out and patrol at least once per hour if there are no other duties needing done, meanwhile the site manager will fall asleep at his desk in front of cameras.

When brought into a meeting with a regional manager about this treatment and struggles, I was told that Mental Health and your lifestyle don't have anything to do with each other, Quote;
"Life style is things you choose to do, I don't choose to have mental health."

Same regional manager then demanded that I provide evidence of my "diagnosis" when I had let them and HR know that I was undergoing the process of receiving a diagnosis, to which regional manager then stated
"how are we supposed to know you're telling the truth then."

Regional manager also accused me of using their clock in system fraudulently as when signing into the site, it gave a Geolocation ping that I was not on site.
After accusing me of this dishonesty I requested that the site manager of ESTAMA retrieve the CCTV footage which proved I was on site at the correct time and that a technical error had caused the geolocation ping to be incorrect.
0 apology from regional manager simply told that
"Yeah, people lie"
