- understanding customers requirements and recording information accurately
- communicates with technicians about vehicle statuses, and ensures that vehicles will be ready for customer on time
- we are Suffolk's No.1 dealership for performance and prestige vehicles. Due to the expansion of our busy service department, we are looking for a Service Advisor to join our team and provide excellent customer service to our clients
- ordering parts
- the successful candidate will be responsible for providing advice and guidance to customers on the products and services we offer, as well as helping them to make informed decisions

- the ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a friendly and professional attitude, and the ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
