familiarity with PeopleHR, Workday and MS Office package is highly desirable

key responsibilities
manage payroll for UK local staff as well as HQ staff seconded to the UK
manage – via outsourced local suppliers – payroll for staff in Italy and Spain
manage monthly payroll reconciliations in SAP
as an experienced Senior HR Officer and payroll officer covering a maternity cover you will be responsible with running the operational side of HR department, with reporting line to Head of department and will be managing the day-to-day operations of HR, and in particular of the payroll
manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and departure processes
prepareP11Ds, P60s and P45s in coordination with external advisors
coordinate and organise in-person and online training sessions for all employees
Responsibility
manage performance management annual process including monitoring compliance with process and timelines for objective settings, appraisals and bonus payments
prepare HR-related documentation for internal and external audits
prepare official employment-related documents as and when needed
work with Accounting team for estimations, accruals, SAP reconciliations, payments of benefits and salaries for non-local employees
