HONEST BURGERS is looking for employees for positions:

maintenance manager

Responsibility

  • taking the lead in maintaining safe and compliant workspaces for our teams across the business
  • supporting the restaurants with troubleshooting maintenance issues and ensuring effective diagnosis of breakdowns and timely repair of equipment to maximise availability
  • perform scheduled planned preventative maintenance in accordance to minimise unplanned downtime
  • managing contract maintenance and completion of all remedial works to ensure business is fully compliant at every step of the process
  • as the Maintenance Manager you will oversee and prioritise management of reactive maintenance across the estate. This will include the buildings themselves and the equipment required to keep the restaurants running at optimum trading capacity
  • overseeing the day to day management of reactive maintenance issues and ensuring a wider maintenance strategy is put in place to minimise costs incurred by call outs
  • first point of contact for contractors, maintaining good working relationships with stakeholders within the teams to keep them informed of resolution of any site level issues and timeframes
  • project managing large scale maintenance works and allow effective resolution within a planned timescale whilst minimising effects on the sites ability to trade

financial controller

Responsibility

  • financial Reporting
  • own month end consolidation of company results for stakeholders
  • be responsible for year-end audit process, be key point of contact of auditors and produce stat accounts with all associated notes
  • you will be reporting to CFO and your direct reports will be Management Accountant, Property Accountant, Accounts Payable Manager, Cash Accountant
  • lead production of the monthly reporting to banks
  • lead role in monthly review/management of the UK balance sheets – embedding a culture of strong financial control
  • full balance sheet recs completed on a quarterly basis
  • liaise with key stakeholders on a monthly basis to support on spend vs. budget analysis, challenging where required

Requirements

  • qualified accountant ACA preferable
  • min 3 years autonomous FC experience – preferably multisite retail or hospitality
