Responsibility
- to proactively plan and review recruitment and resourcing activity to always match the needs of the business
- compile pools of suitable candidates, carryout screening, organise and schedule interviews
- to ensure that all employees receive appropriate training including induction and departmental training, and regular updates as required
- as part of the ambitious plans of expansion for the group, we are now recruiting a proactive, motivated and enthusiastic in-house HR Administrator to join our dedicated team
- monitoring and recording staff clock in hours for payroll purposes
- in this role you will be required to provide day to day HR Administration Support and act as the first point of contact for HR queries
- ensuring that all employee records are kept up to date
- to ensure that all performance reviews are carried out to company standards, in order to identify both training needs and succession planning, ensuring that all employees are fully competent to carry out all requirements of their role
Requirements
- 2 years of experience
- solid knowledge of HR and payroll legislations
- flexible and adaptable in approach to work with the ability to multi-task
- CIPD or equivalent HR qualification desirable
