- partner with hiring managers and Head of People to identify current and future people needs
- advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts in a wide range of media, for example job boards, LinkedIn, internally, social media
- craft sourcing strategies using online channels
- manage the recruitment process from end to end, pre-screening, interviewing, onboarding
- delivering a high level of customer service to all stakeholders, candidates, and colleagues
- host and participate in recruitment events and job fairs to network with potential candidates in-person
- review job descriptions to ensure they capture role requirements and use inclusive language
- managing onboarding of new starters, including 12-week induction
