- any other duties deemed appropriate by the Home Manager or Unit Managers
- to monitor and maintain effective stock control and rotation both in the kitchen and within the Units Kitchenettes including the control of crockery, cutlery and glassware
- ensure that any requirements from internal and external audits are actioned within the agreed timescales
- to identify and report any malfunction or damage to equipment, in accordance with the company’s maintenance reporting procedure
- meet with every new move in to the home and ensure nutrition care plan entails the
- ensure that the rota is completed in a timely manner and the correct level of team members are on shift at any time
- ensure that all regulatory and statutory requirements are met and company policies and procedures are adhered to
