Working hours
- full-time | Permanent
Responsibility
- visually inspect all vehicles in line with the outlined remit of work
- highlight quality or compliance issues and liaise with the workshop controller to ensure any re-work is delivered efficiently
- accurately complete and document all quality control data & paperwork
- meet the business objectives in terms of work completion
- adhere to all agreed policy standards
- work alongside our client liaison team to ensure that all vehicles are returned to customers within agreed SLAs
- maintain awareness of all Health & Safety requirements on site and lead by example
- A proactive attitude to work and identifying opportunities for growth
Requirements
- experience of working in a similar role in the automotive industry is essential for this position
- previous experience in a technical role and understanding the repair process would be an advantage to undertaking this role
- A critical thinker with excellent attention to detail
- A mature approach to teamwork and delivering quality assurance to colleagues, both experienced and Apprentice level
- ability to work under pressure and drive high performance in others
- automotive repair: 3 years
